BOZEMAN, Mont. - The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is excited to announce a recruiting event for transportation security officers at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). This one-day event, held at the Bozeman Public Library on August 26, offers job seekers the opportunity to learn more about part-time and full-time positions with TSA.
"Transportation security officers play a vital role in protecting travelers and maintaining the security of our nation's transportation systems," said Kc Wurtsbaugh, TSA federal security director for Montana. "TSA is looking for dedicated individuals interested in joining our frontline team at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport."
At BZN, part-time and full-time officer positions with TSA start at $25.41 per hour, with pay increasing to $31.32 per hour after two years and the opportunity for future career advancement. Part-time positions include full federal benefits, and new officers are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 to be paid out in two installments during the first 12 months of service.
