Rockwood Welcomes 2025 Summer Interns

Rockwood Equity Partners is proud to welcome three exceptional interns to its Summer 2025 program.

In Denver, Meredith Kuser and A.J. (August) Romick are making their mark. Meredith, a dual MBA/MS Design Innovation candidate at Northwestern University, is working closely with the team to advance the Rockwood Growth System, the firm's proprietary value creation framework.

AJ Romick, also based in Denver, is bringing his analytical skills to support our investment and portfolio teams. He currently is pursuing his BS in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

In Cleveland, Katie Nowakowski brings her strong work ethic to the Business Development function, supporting Rockwood's efforts with our intermediary relationships. She currently is pursuing her BS in Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University.

Together, these interns are gaining firsthand experience in Rockwood's operationally focused investment strategy while contributing meaningfully to the firm's continued success.
