FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- November 13, 2025
Contact: Forrest Gossett (573) 751-9300
PR-26-37
There will be one in-person and one virtual local public hearing.
On August 29, 2025, Ameren requested a CCN to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, and otherwise control and manage a 250-megawatt alternating current solar generation facility to be constructed in Callaway County, called the Reform Solar Project. The Reform Solar Project includes a new 345 kilovolt (kV) switching station - the Odyssey Switching Station - to which the Reform Solar Project will connect to the existing 345 kV transmission system. Ameren Missouri is requesting that the Commission approve the CCN by March 31, 2026, so that the project can take advantage of the "full value of currently available federal tax credits and provide needed energy and renewable energy credits."
