HARRISBURG - Rep. Charity Grimm Krupa (R-Fayette) today announced her appointment to the Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee, marking her sixth committee assignment in the General Assembly for the 2025-26 Legislative Session.
"I am honored to join the Judiciary Committee, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve in this important role," said Grimm Krupa. "This committee is at the center of critical issues that impact every Pennsylvanian - from protecting public safety to defending the constitutional rights of our citizens."
With this appointment, Grimm Krupa now serves on Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness, where she serves as Republican Secretary; Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Appropriations, including the Subcommittee on Fiscal Policy; Government Oversight; Health; and now Judiciary.
Grimm Krupa said the Judiciary Committee is a natural fit given her strong commitment to upholding the Constitution and ensuring accountability in government.
"Defending our constitutional freedoms and ensuring equal justice under the law have always been top priorities of mine," she said. "Serving on the Judiciary Committee will allow me to continue fighting for policies that protect law-abiding citizens, support our law enforcement community and uphold the integrity of our legal system."
She added that her growing committee portfolio reflects both the trust placed in her and her willingness to take on complex policy challenges on behalf of her constituents.
"My focus remains on delivering results for the people I represent, protecting our communities, promoting transparency and standing firm on the principles that matter most," Grimm Krupa added. "I look forward to getting to work on the Judiciary Committee and continuing to serve my district with dedication and purpose."
