Сайнцагаан сумын Засаг даргын 2024 оны А/266 тоот захирамжид тусгагдсан Сумын төвийн хоргилсон бүсэд мал оруулахгүй байх тухай захирамжийг зөрчсөн 4 иргэнийг Зөрчлийн тухай хуулийн 7.7 дугаар зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэгт заасны дагуу тус бүр 150.000 төгрөгөөр торгосон. Иймд иргэд хоргилсон бүсэд мал оруулсан тохиолдолд хашаанд хашиж улмаар торгуулийн арга хэмжээг авахыг мэдэгдэж байна.
