AP EAMCET 2026 MPC Phase 3 Notification: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially declared that applications for the AP EAMCET 2026 MPC Stream Phase 3 Counselling will be accepted from September 9, 2026. Eligible candidates who wish to take admission in State Engineering Colleges can now apply through cap.apcfss.in. It is also open to candidates who passed the entrance exam, including those looking for seat upgrades, candidates who were not allocated seats in previous rounds, and fresh applicants. The aspirants who qualified for the AP EAMCET 2026 counselling process have to get the certificate verification and pay the fee before the registration window for Phase 3 closes on September 11, 2026.

Important Procedures and Standards for Phase 3 Candidates

Candidates advancing to the Third and Final Phase should have the following necessities in mind:

• Payment of Fees & Application: Firstly, the candidates who are registering for the first time need to pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,200 (for OC/BC categories) or Rs. 600 (for SC/ST categories) online at cap.apcfss.in from September 9 to September 11, 2026.
• Web Options Entry and Modification: All qualified candidates, including freshers and those willing to upgrade/Tenderate their previous allotments, can submit their web choices from September 9 to 12. To enter a final option, a single-day window has also been provided on September 13.
• Compulsory College Reporting: Candidates also need to perform online self-reporting and physically report to the assigned college from September 16 to September 19, 2026, to confirm an allotted engineering seat. Not completing both stages within the due time will lead to stint cancellation automatically.
