BOSTON, April 15, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 23-25 Hammond Street, a 10-unit multifamily property in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The asset sold for $6,550,000.
