Validor Welcomes Alex McDermand

Boca Raton, FL, July 8, 2025 - Validor Capital, a private investment firm, today announced the hiring of Alexander W. McDermand as an Associate. Alex brings over five years of experience in the private markets and will be focused on investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio management activities.

Prior to joining Validor, Alex was a member of the investment team at Dubin Clark, where he focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing private equity investments. He began his career in investment banking at Hyde Park Capital and previously worked in the financial services assurance practice at Ernst & Young.

Alex earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University.
