New General Order 26-4: Amendment of Local Rules

The Bankruptcy Judges for the District of Arizona have adopted General Order 26-4 to align the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for the District of Arizona with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Bankruptcy Code. The General Order applies to cases filed on or after June 1, 2026. General Order 26-4 amends Local Rules 2084-9 through 2084-12. To maintain consistency among the Local Rules and Local Forms, corresponding technical revisions have also been made to Local Rule 2084-15 and Local Form 2084-4 (Chapter 13 Plan).
