Sen. Moran Joins Call with Artemis II Astronauts During their Return to Earth

HAYS, Kan. - U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) - chairman of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee that funds NASA - joined a live call tonight with NASA Artemis II astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch, and CSA (Canadian Space Agency) astronaut Jeremy Hansen.

"On Monday, Administrator Isaacman and I visited the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, Kansas," said Sen. Moran. "Commander, it's the place you told me was the 'best space museum in the world.' I've repeated that many times. I'd like to extend an invitation to each of you to come visit us in Hutchinson and be my guest. But I also want to you to tell me how you can see the Artemis II mission, as well as the Cosmosphere, inspiring the next generation for the well-being of the world."
