The policy below is posted for 30-day campus review from Sept. 30 - Oct. 30, 2025.

This policy draft was reviewed by groups and individuals across campus and revised to reflect their input. A 30-day comment period is required prior to the final draft review by the University Policy and Rules Review Group. The policy will be posted from September 30 - October 30, 2025 and the campus community is encouraged to review the document at https://policy.wwu.edu/policies-under-review.
