JOST Acquires CTJ to Strengthen Presence in Europes Largest Logistics Market

JOST Group S.A. has acquired CTJ Janssen GmbH, a major transport and logistics company in Germany. This milestone reinforces JOST's position as a leading independent logistics provider.

THE COMPANIES

JOST is a leading transport and logistics company in Europe and North Africa that provides added-value services in road and multimodal transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and customs services, and performing specific missions.

CTJ's operations are supported by a fleet of around 400 trucks and more than 500 trailers for the coordination of nearly 650 shipments per day. It also operates a 5,000 m² warehouse.

THE IMPACT

The combination will bolster JOST's European network and expand logistics capabilities to offer customers increasingly efficient and integrated solutions.

Following the acquisition, 4,000 employees will work together across Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Tunisia.
