October 7, 2026 -Gilbane Building announced strategic leadership investments to strengthen its healthcare capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic through the addition of Brad McMullan and the expanded leadership role of Ryan Becker, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering complex healthcare projects across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and the Washington, DC region.
These roles reflect Gilbane's continued focus on helping healthcare clients move critical capital programs forward while protecting patient care and maintaining operations in active healthcare environments.
Joining Gilbane as senior project executive, Brad McMullan will focus on healthcare opportunities and client relationships across the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. McMullan brings extensive healthcare construction experience built through sustained partnerships with leading regional health systems, including Cooper University Hospital, Atlantic Health System, Inspira Health System, and Hackensack Meridian Health. His broader healthcare experience also includes work with Temple University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University, Summit Health, Jefferson Health, and Virtua Health. These long-standing relationships demonstrate his ability to understand client priorities, manage complex healthcare programs, and support projects from pursuit through completion.
"Brad's extensive healthcare experience and established relationships throughout the region strengthen our ability to serve clients in two of the most important healthcare markets in the Mid-Atlantic," said Senior Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Divisional Leader Ted Holt.
Gilbane is also expanding the leadership responsibilities of senior project executive Ryan Becker, who will focus on healthcare construction opportunities and client engagement across both Maryland and Washington, DC. Ryan brings more than 20 years of healthcare construction experience and has built a reputation for leading complex, multi-phased renovations in active healthcare environments. He is a Certified Healthcare Manager and LEED Accredited Professional. Throughout his career, Becker has supported healthcare clients across the region, including organizations such as Johns Hopkins, Holy Cross, Mercy Medical Center, and other leading healthcare providers. "Ryan's deep understanding of active healthcare environments, combined with his experience leading healthcare projects throughout Maryland and the DMV, positions him to help our clients deliver critical facilities that support exceptional patient care," said Senior Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Divisional Leader Ted Holt.
Together, McMullan and Becker strengthen Gilbane's healthcare leadership across the Mid-Atlantic, enhancing the company's ability to support healthcare systems through every phase of planning, construction, and facility transformation.
