Effective October 30, 2026, Larry J. LeBarre will retire from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Greystone Logistics, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. LeBarre has served as a director of the Company since May 5, 2012.
Mr. LeBarre's retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
