Health Future renews Prime Vendor agreement with Medline

Northfield, Ill., Nov. 2, 2026 - Medline (Nasdaq: MDLN) today announced it has signed a renewed Prime Vendor agreement with Health Future, a hospital-owned healthcare consortium that brings independent hospitals and health systems together to collaborate on contracting and strategic initiatives. The consortium includes member hospitals across Oregon and Nevada.

Through the renewed agreement, Health Future hospitals will have access to Medline's comprehensive product portfolio of medical-surgical and laboratory products, as well as support for physician office locations. The agreement also expands the partnership with the addition of environmental services (EVS) products. Combined with Medline's robust distribution capabilities, the agreement will help streamline procurement processes and support the timely, reliable delivery of medical supplies.
