Election Integrity Update - 9/20/2025

On last Saturday's Election Integrity Update, David Oles, attorney for one of the 19 indicted, provided an update on the Fani Willis election interference case. Garland Favorito informed us with highlights of the House Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Elections meeting held on September 18 in Savannah, as well as the VoterGA fundraiser held later that evening. And Ricardo Davis reported on a Candlelight Vigil for Charlie Kirk held in Woodstock last week.

• The Georgia State Election Board will conduct its next meeting on September 23-24 starting at 9 a.m. each day at the Georgia State Capitol Building, Room 341, Atlanta, Georgia. Click here for additional meeting information.

• The Georgia House of Representatives Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Election Procedures will take a close look at how our state administers elections-both at the state and local levels-and ensure that our laws and procedures are secure, transparent and effective . P.S. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners (BOC) vote to reject both Republican nominees to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections (FCBRE) was both unlawful, partisanand unethical. After the Republican nominees sued and won in court the BOC is still fighting to deny them the opportunity to serve! Click hereto demand the Fulton County Commissioners to follow their own law and appoint Jason Frazier and re-appoint Julie Adams to the FCBRE.
