• Anchored Tiny Homes Franchising, LLC d/b/a Anchored Tiny Homes and Colton Paulhus violated RCW 19.100.070 the supplemental reporting section of the Franchise Investment Protection Act, by failing to amend their registration after several material adverse changes in the condition of the franchisor or any material change in the information contained in its disclosure document occurred.
• Anchored Tiny Homes Franchising, LLC d/b/a Anchored Tiny Homes and Colton Paulhus violated RCW 19.100.170, the antifraud section of the Franchise Investment Protection Act, by making untrue statements of material fact or omitting to state material facts necessary to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances in which they were made, not misleading.
• The collection of franchise fees prior to granting the additional franchise territories was done in violation of the conditions set forth in Anchored Tiny Homes Franchising, LLC's registration permit issued pursuant to RCW 19.100.050.
