Ascension St. Vincent's has added two executives to its Florida East Growth and Strategy team as the health system works to expand access and strengthen specialty services across Northeast Florida.
Jackie Champeau has joined Ascension St. Vincent's as vice president of Strategy, and Mary Zielinski, DHA, FACHE, has joined as vice president of Neurosciences.
Champeau will lead strategic planning and growth efforts across Ascension St. Vincent's, working with hospital, physician, and operational leaders to identify opportunities for service expansion, capital investment, and improved access to care.
She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare strategy and business development, including leadership roles with HCA Healthcare and the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
Most recently, Champeau served as executive director of Strategy and Growth for AdventHealth's East Florida Division, where she led growth strategy across eight hospitals and supported capital planning, network expansion, service-line development, business development, and physician relations.
Zielinski will lead neurosciences strategy across Ascension St. Vincent's, focusing on growing neurological and neurosurgical services and creating a more connected approach to specialty care across the region.
She most recently served as executive director of Service Line and Consumer Strategy for AdventHealth's East Florida Division, where her responsibilities included strategic oversight of neurosciences and other clinical service lines across eight hospital campuses. She also has experience growing neurosurgery programs, expanding specialty practices, and improving patient access.
The hires come as Ascension St. Vincent's continues to align planning and investment across its Riverside, Southside, Clay County, and St. Johns County hospitals.
