Alcami Strengthens Commercial Operations with Appointment of Will Isom as Vice President of Laboratory Services Sales

WILMINGTON, N.C., September 28, 2026 - Alcami, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), today announced the appointment of biologics industry veteran Will Isom as Vice President of Laboratory Services Sales. The creation of this role marks an important step in strengthening Alcami's commercial organization and expanding support for clients across its growing biologics portfolio.

In his new role, Mr. Isom will lead Alcami's commercial strategy for laboratory services, deepen engagement with biotechnology and pharmaceutical partners, and support the continued expansion of Alcami's standalone analytical offerings.

His appointment reflects Alcami's ongoing commitment in delivering reliable solutions for clients increasingly complex biologic therapies.

Mr. Isom brings more than two decades of experience in biologics development, quality control, commercial strategy, and operational leadership. His career includes leadership roles at Charles River Laboratories, where he advanced through multiple commercial and business development positions and later served as Site Director following the acquisition of Cognate BioServices. Most recently, he led Texcell's global commercial organization, overseeing commercial strategy for advanced therapy programs.
