Title IX, Clery Act Training Due Nov. 15 for All Employees
On Thursday, Oct. 1, all University of Toledo employees will be assigned the online compliance training, "RespectEdu for Faculty & Staff: Title IX and Clery Act," as part of the University's continued compliance with federal, state and University rules and regulations. This training will equip faculty and staff with the knowledge and confidence to act in accordance with Title IX and the Clery Act. After completing the course, employees will be able to identify sexual misconduct, understand their role as a mandated reporter and respond to disclosures with empathy and professionalism.
Employees can access the assigned online training by logging in with their UTAD credentials. Employees will also receive enrollment notifications and email reminders from the training provider, Vector Solutions. Employees should read the instructions before starting the course. While Vector Solutions courses function in all web browsers, an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is recommended.
The deadline for all employees to complete the assigned course is Sunday, Nov. 15.
