Todd Schwartzman Named Senior Vice President of National Sales;
Kristin Wnuk Joins as Senior Vice President of National Digital Sales, Strategy and Growth;
Laura Lamattina Promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing Solutions and Brand Partnerships
NEW YORK (October 13, 2025) - Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXST), today announced several key leadership appointments at its National Sales Group, strengthening the organization's commitment to expanding multi-platform advertising and partnership opportunities across the company's broadcast and digital portfolio.
Seasoned sales executives Todd Schwartzman and Kristin Wnuk have joined the company as Senior Vice President, National Sales, and Senior Vice President, Digital Sales, Strategy and Growth, respectively. Both will report to Dan Lanzano, Nexstar's President of National Sales. In addition, Laura Lamattina has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing Solutions and Brand Partnerships, also reporting to Mr. Lanzano.

Mr. Schwartzman is an accomplished media sales executive with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth across television, digital, and advanced advertising. As SVP National Sales, he will lead national sales, strategy and partnership efforts across Nexstar's Networks division and digital platforms including The CW Network, NewsNation, Antenna TV and Rewind TV. Mr. Schwartzman will work closely with Shawn Chekmayan, Senior Vice President of Multi-Platform Sales, and Jon Camera, Senior Vice President of National Sales, to spearhead high-impact linear and digital initiatives designed to elevate Nexstar's national footprint.
Previously, Mr. Schwartzman served as SVP of Portfolio Commercial Sales at AMC Networks, overseeing a $1 billion ad portfolio, and held senior roles at BBC America and SundanceTV. He began his career at CBS Television Distribution and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
As SVP National Digital Sales, Strategy and Growth, Ms. Wnuk will focus on building strategic plans and growth initiatives across the Network division's digital portfolio, as well as national spot sales, political sales, and programmatic sales. Prior to joining Nexstar, she most recently served as EVP of Global Sales at Extreme Reach and previously held leadership positions at Hulu and Roku, launching local sales efforts at both companies.
Ms. Lamattina most recently served as Vice President, Creative Director of Branded Entertainment for The CW Network. In her new role, she will lead custom sponsorship creation and execution across Nexstar's national sales division. Ms. Lamattina will also lead brand partnerships and marketing integrations which includes Nexstar's cross-portfolio special events, most recently launching "My American Story," a 2026 campaign which pays tribute to America's 250th birthday.
An award-winning creative leader with more than 20 years of experience in entertainment marketing, Ms. Lamattina previously held senior roles at Lifetime, Disney, ABC, and B2+. Since joining The CW in 2019, she has spearheaded branded entertainment and sports integrations across Nexstar's platforms, overseeing live sports partnerships, product integrations, and custom multiplatform content and influencer campaigns.
