43rd ASEANAPOL Conference convenes in Bangkok, Thailand

Chiefs of Police and senior representatives from ASEAN Member States, together with ASEANAPOL's Dialogue Partners and Observers, attended the 43^rd ASEANAPOL Conference held in Bangkok, Thailand from 3 to 7 November 2025.

Held under the theme "Collaboration in Action - Crushing Scams, Disrupting Fraud and Protecting People", the Conference serves as a platform for police chiefs and senior officials to exchange best practices, strengthen operational coordination and advance shared priorities in safeguarding the ASEAN Community against evolving security threats. The Conference also reaffirmed ASEANAPOL's commitment to enhancing regional cooperation in combatting transnational crime and promoting a safer and more secure ASEAN region. The ASEAN Secretariat delegation was led by H.E. Dato' Astanah Abdul Aziz, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community.
