(1)	On December 19, 2025, 4,500 shares were sold by Gao Management LLC, in which Dennis Gao has a 27.14% interest and Mr. Gao's spouse has a 47.15% interest (74.29% in total). Mr. Gao's indirect ownership in the shares sold by Gao Management LLC on December 19, 2025 totaled 3,343 or 74.29% of 4,500 shares.
