Skate City Springs Returns to City Green

Skate City Springs Returns to City Green Starting Friday, November 13

November 2, 2026

Tickets are now on sale for Skate City Springs, an unmatched ice-skating experience in the heart of Sandy Springs, presented by the Sandy Springs Foundation. Back and better than before, Skate City Springs will open Friday, November 13 with a Fright Night theme and a performance by the Atlanta Figure Skating Club. This season of Skate City Springs will continue through January 18, 2027. New this year:

Disco Slide Fridays: Beginning Friday, November 20, and again each Friday throughout the season, Disco Slide will transform the ice into a Boogie Wonderland. Guests can get down in Funkytown while the rink sparkles with a disco ball and lights and music plays favorite disco hits to glide - or-slide - to all night long.

Glow Night, Every Night: Building on the fun last year, Glow Skating will now take place every night after dark. Skaters are encouraged to wear neon or white to glow on the ice.

New Theme Nights with Free Hot Cocoa for Skaters who Dress up: Guests will also enjoy the return of Saturday theme skate parties, including 80's, Pajama Party, Superheroes and Villains, K-Pop Vibe, and more. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., a DJ will play a live set, mixing festive tunes for skaters to dress up and get down on the ice. Plus, skaters who dress up receive a free cup of hot cocoa.

New Group Party Packages: Skate City Springs now offers group packages for every celebration -- pairing food, gathering space and skating for birthday parties, group outings, and private corporate parties. Starting at $30 per person, new group packages include food and beverage options like pizza, BBQ, chicken tenders, and all-American grill, with loads of extras and unlimited hot cocoa to make party planning a breeze. Discounted group skating rates are available for parties of 10 or more.

Weekday Pricing: Tickets are on sale now and are priced at $15 for adults and $12 for children (ages 2-9) Monday through Thursday. Tickets Friday through Sunday are $18 for adults and $15 for children. All tickets include skate rentals.

What to Expect at Skate City Springs:

• Open-air ice rink with holiday decor and music
• One-hour skate sessions for all ages and skill levels with exception of the themed skate parties, which are two-hours
• Free Skate Helpers to provide balance and support
• Premium hot cocoa and snacks for purchase from the concession stand
