Environmental

• Exceeded all four of the company's Achieve 2025 sustainability goals on an intensity basis, including:
• • 39% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
  • 21% reduction in energy use
  • 25% reduction in waste generation
  • 19% reduction in absolute water use
• 42% of electricity used globally in 2025 came from renewable sources
• Completed more than 150 projects which are projected to save $3.8 million annually

People

• Hosted over 900 college interns for the summer internship program
• Reimbursed over $7 million to more than 1,400 employees through the Education Assistance Program
• 32,699 employees participated in professional and technical training

Governance

• Employees at four business units were recognized with Textron's Ethics and Compliance Award for Excellence for contributions to improving compliance programs
• Employees completed over 112,791 online and 11,589 live training hours on ethics and compliance topics
