Secretary-General of ASEAN delivers remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the 6^th ASEAN Digital Ministers' Meeting (ADGMIN) and Related Meeting, held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. During his remarks, SG Dr. Kao emphasised the importance of ADGMIN as a crucial enabler for regional digital transformation whose coordinated actions and policy will not only fundamentally shape our future but also maximise the potential of the region-wide digital economy for the prosperity and social progress of the ASEAN people. The event also heard a Keynote Address by H.E. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, who officiated the Opening Ceremony of the 6^th ADGMIN.
