IBEX Pavilions and Trade Routes Create More Connected, Focused Experience

The International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), returning to the Tampa Convention Center October 6-8, is introducing an expanded collection of Pavilions, Specialty Areas and Trade Routes designed to help attendees more efficiently discover the products, technologies, expertise and programming most relevant to their businesses.

Located throughout the Convention Center and waterfront, these focused destinations bring together related companies, solutions and industry experts across areas including next-generation propulsion, marine electronics, composites, safety and standards, international business, emerging technologies, workforce development and more.

Six Pavilions Anchor Product and Industry Discovery

IBEX 2026 will feature six dedicated Pavilions offering concentrated destinations for exploring key areas shaping the recreational marine industry:

• Next-Gen Power & Performance Pavilion - Electric and hybrid propulsion, advanced batteries and energy storage, alternative fuels, sustainable power solutions and integrated systems.
• International Pavilion - Developed with Metstrade, connecting international marine companies with the U.S. market, distributors and sales representatives.
• Compliance, Standards & Education Pavilion - Resources and expertise focused on marine safety, standards, certification, training and best practices.
• Electronics Pavilion, sponsored by NMEA - Marine electronics technologies and companies supporting increasingly connected vessels.
• Composites Pavilion - Materials, machinery and technologies supporting stronger, lighter and more efficient boatbuilding and manufacturing.
• Start-Up Pavilion - Emerging marine companies, technologies and product launches, presented in collaboration with Yachting Ventures and featuring the annual Start-Up Pitch Competition.

Specialty Areas Bring Innovation, Education and Connection to Life

Beyond the Pavilions, several Specialty Areas will give attendees additional opportunities to experience innovation and connect with industry peers. The newly relocated Main Stage & IBEX Lounge will create a central waterfront gathering place for industry discussions and networking; The IBEX Docks will feature live on-water demonstrations, vessel testing and propulsion displays; the Emerging Marine Leaders Lounge will serve as a hub for mentorship, networking and career development; and Innovation Way will showcase all 2026 Innovation Awards entries and winners in one dedicated area.

Trade Routes Make the Entire Show Floor Easier to Navigate

IBEX Trade Routes extend focused discovery beyond the dedicated Pavilions, helping attendees identify relevant exhibitors and solutions located throughout the Show. The 2026 routes include the Marina & Yard Trade Route, Sustainable Technology Trade Route, Electronics Trade Route sponsored by NMEA, and Career Day Pathway.

Attendees can explore Trade Routes through the online IBEX Show Planner, add exhibitors to their personalized schedules and access their plans on-site through the IBEX 2026 mobile app.
