There'll be maintenance of eServices on 9 - 10 November

6 November 2026 Work passes and permits

7pm, Monday, 9 November → 1am, Tuesday, 10 November

At 7pm, Monday, 9 November → 1am, Tuesday, 10 November, the following will not be available:

  • Work permit transactions for domestic helpers and confinement nannies
  • Apply for, issue or cancel a Work Permit (for businesses)

9.30pm, Monday, 9 November → 1.45am, Tuesday, 10 November

At 9.30pm, Monday, 9 November → 1.45am, Tuesday, 10 November, the following will not be available:

  • Apply for an EntrePass
  • Apply for Dependant's Pass/Long-Term Visit Pass under the EntrePass
  • Apply for an Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass
  • Apply for Dependant's Pass/Long-Term Visit Pass under the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass
  • Apply for a Personalised Employment Pass
  • Apply for Dependant's Pass/Long-Term Visit Pass under the Personalised Employment Pass
  • Apply for Work Holiday Pass
  • Check work pass and application status
  • Employment / S Pass Self-Assessment Tool (SAT)
  • Employment Pass (EP) eService (formerly EP Online)
  • Medical Examination (ME) Portal
