Arizona Farm Bureau AgPAC Endorses Warren Petersen for Arizona Attorney General

PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 24, 2026) - The AgPAC of the Arizona Farm Bureau Federation today announced its endorsement of Warren Petersen for Arizona Attorney General.

"Arizona agriculture depends on an Attorney General who will uphold the rule of law, protect private property rights, defend access to water, and push back against overreach that threatens the livelihoods of our farmers and ranchers," said AgPAC Chair Sherry Saylor and formerly in farming with her husband, Rick, in the Buckeye area. "Warren Petersen has consistently demonstrated that commitment through his legislative record and leadership as Senate President. We are proud to endorse him."

Petersen, current Arizona Senate President and a longtime legislator from Gilbert, has supported policies important to production agriculture, including efforts related to water security, property rights, and reducing regulatory burdens. AgPAC is proud to endorse based on his record of working with agricultural stakeholders and the priorities he has laid out for the Attorney General's office.

"Arizona's farmers and ranchers feed our communities and drive significant economic activity across the state," Saylor continued. "We need an Attorney General who understands the challenges facing rural Arizona and will enforce the law fairly and consistently. Warren Petersen is that candidate."
