HubSpot named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ ...

Marketing is in its biggest transformation in decades with AI changing the traditional funnel. HubSpot has always helped marketers through changes by offering easy-to-use tools in Marketing Hub, and we're excited to have been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms for the fifth consecutive year.*

This recognition comes at a time when HubSpot has just launched its new growth playbook for marketers, Loop Marketing, and new tools across Marketing Hub to bring it to life. With new features across Marketing Hub, humans and AI work together to bring four stages of the Loop to life: express your brand, tailor messages at scale, amplify everywhere, and evolve in real time.

Innovation in Marketing Hub

Over the past year, HubSpot reimagined Marketing Hub with embedded AI features and agents to help marketing teams scale their operations. We also added automatic contact enrichment in the Smart CRM to give marketers the most up-to-date customer information for campaigns.

Specific updates include:

  • New features for advanced marketers like Lookalike Lists to find more ideal customers from existing contacts; Journey Automation to build multi-stage customer journeys that adapt in real-time; and Multi-Account Management to manage multiple marketing teams from a single HubSpot organization.
  • Loop Marketing, a new growth playbook for the AI era, and tools to bring it to life. New products recently announced at our Fall 2025 Spotlight included Marketing Studio to turn a single prompt into an entire campaign on a collaborative visual canvas; Segments, Personalization, and AI-Powered Email that use Breeze to find high-intent audiences and tailor landing pages, CTAs, and emails for each contact; a new AEO (AI Engine Optimization) Strategy tool to increase visibility in AI answers; and Email Engagement Optimization to predict engagement before sending.
