Millersville University was recognized in the Military Times' official 2025 college ranking survey of Best for Vets, landing at 63rd place nationwide out of 357 participating schools.
The rankings noted MU's Veterans and Military Resource Center, which provides one-stop support for navigating benefits, academic success, and community engagement and the University's ROTC program that gives students leadership development opportunities alongside their academic studies.
Military Times Best for Vets: Colleges is the largest and most comprehensive ranking of the best schools for military service members and veterans. The ranking looks at services available to veterans and practical information that will help veterans make important decisions about their career planning and how to use the education benefits they earned through military service.
Recently, MU was also officially recognized as a 2024-2025 PNGAS Guard-Friendly School by the Pennsylvania National Guard Association.
"This milestone highlights the growth of our campus and its expanding ability to support student veterans and military-affiliated students," says Allan M. Rivard, program manager of the Army ROTC & Veterans and Military Resource Center at MU.
