NYLPI's Health Justice Program has released a new report, "Denied Care, Denied Dignity: Systemic Medical Failures in Immigration Detention at Orange County Jail."

Following the publication of our reports, "Detained and Denied" (2017) and "Still Detained and Denied" (2020), which comprehensively assessed healthcare access in New York City-area detention facilities, this new report examines the continued deterioration of healthcare conditions for individuals confined to immigration detention.
