The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
Harvest Midstream Company (F001872, P0040758):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Harvest Midstream Company to operate two (2) 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI compressor engines (ENG011-ENG012) and emissions from emission units (BVC001-BVC003, LUD001). The Vermillion Gas Plant is located in Section 34, T13N, R101W, approximately forty-three (43) miles south-southeast of Rock Springs, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F001872 and permit number P0040758 or A0018632. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming.
