Clear Height Properties and its investment partner ICP Funds announced the successful disposition of 2055 Army Trail Road, a multi-tenant shallow-bay industrial business park located in Addison, Illinois.

The property was acquired as part of the joint venture's strategy targeting infill multi-tenant light-industrial assets serving small- and mid-size businesses throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

Following acquisition, Clear Height executed a targeted value-creation plan that included leasing initiatives, capital improvements, and active asset management designed to enhance occupancy and tenant retention.
