A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties ("Clear Height") and Houston-Texas-based ICP Funds has acquired 10 Davis Drive in Bellwood, Illinois. The 29,483 square foot single-tenant light industrial building is long-term leased.
Matt Garland of Cawley Commercial Real Estate was the sole broker in the transaction.
