CDM Smith Wins Brandon Hall Group Bronze HCM Excellence Award for Best Leadership Development Program

CDM Smith received a bronze Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Award for Best Leadership Development Program for the firm's Elevate leadership program.

The firm's award-winning leadership development program, Elevate, was designed and launched in 2020 by CDM Smith University, the firm's accredited university. Elevate has graduated five cohorts, consisting of more than 150 participants. A part of the firm's Leadership Academy, the mid-career focused Elevate was proven to enhance employee retention rates and produce measurable outcomes at the individual, organizational and business levels.

Recognized for its outstanding success rates, Elevate exemplified team building, collaboration and leadership while achieving a retention rate of 90+% among graduates, well above the average retention rate of eligible employee populations.

The Elevate program has proved that an interactive, structure-based investment in high-potential leaders improves success rates, with data showing a total of 134 promotions and role expansions among graduates.
