Rose City Self-Defense is excited to launch a new, free intermediate class. The revamped curriculum offers students the following learning objectives:

  1. Build on the skills and concepts learned in the introductory series, practicing in more challenging scenarios and positions.
  2. Add new intermediate self-defense physical tools like blocking, escaping from hair grabs, and escaping from strangulation holds with follow-up strikes.
  3. Review and practice verbal defense tools and add new strategies for bystander intervention.
  4. Learn basic approaches to defending against multiple attackers, knives, and guns.
