REU SITE student research presentations, July 29
Join us as our REU students present their summer research projects spanning Arctic science, engineering, and emerging technologies.
Research projects:
- Investigating Seismic Hazards Resulting from Permafrost Thaw in Alaska's Arctic Regions
- Geomicrobiology of Extreme Environments
- Trafficability of the Littoral Mud Flats at High Latitudes
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation of Heat Pumps/Heat Pump Water Heaters in Cold Regions
- CFD-Based Evaluation of Emergency Ventilation Strategies for Toxic Gas Release from Electric Vehicle Batteries
