The Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) was established under the American Relief Act, 2025, to provide more than $16 billion in disaster assistance to agricultural producers who experienced revenue, quality, or production losses to crops, trees, bushes, or vines due to qualifying disaster events in calendar years 2023 and/or 2024.
SDRP is administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA) and leverages Federal crop insurance data on file with the Risk Management Agency (RMA). FSA has recently extended the enrollment deadline to August 12, 2026. Approved Insurance Providers (AIP) are vital to the success of SDRP since FSA relies on RMA to transmit accurate and complete crop insurance records to support SDRP payment calculations.
Given the deadline extension, RMA will conduct a data pull to support FSA's finalization of SDRP payments. The data pull will include AIP data transmitted to and accepted by RMA's system through June 12, 2026. Any data not accepted by this date or submitted after this date will not be included in the update for SDRP.
AIPs are encouraged to contact their Data Quality Branch representative if they are experiencing any data processing or acceptance issues.
For questions related to SDRP eligibility, application status, or payment calculations, producers and agents should contact their local FSA county office.
