Green Day's Idiot Nation to launch April 20 on channel 314
NEW YORK, NY -April 15, 2026 - SiriusXM today announced that the four-time GRAMMY® Award-winning and global rock superstars will launch Green Day's Idiot Nation-a channel created by Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool, fueled by their lifelong obsession with punk rock starting Monday, April 20.
The channel will be available to subscribers on channel 314 and anytime on the SiriusXM app.
Green Day's Idiot Nation is a true extension of the band's lifelong relationship with punk rock. With decades spent at the top of their game, Billie Joe, Mike and Tré bring a deeply personal, artist-driven perspective to the channel, hand-selecting the music and sharing the stories behind it.
Listeners will hear everything from Green Day's earliest demos, covers and live recordings to their biggest, stadium-shaking anthems, alongside essential punk tracks spanning generations, from genre-defining pioneers to new noise from up-and-coming bands. The band will share personal stories from the road and the studio along with firsthand insights into the artists and songs that influenced their journey.
Tré Cool will also host a new monthly show, "Ground Support," spotlighting the bands Green Day has toured with over the years, both as headliners and as fans, featuring music and behind-the-scenes stories from artists they've shared the stage with.
