IVRS Disability Needs Survey Now Open Through December 1

Are you an Iowan with a disability? We want to hear from you!

Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is gathering feedback to better understand the experiences of Iowans with disabilities and identify areas where additional support may be needed.

The Disability Needs Survey covers topics such as employment, services and supports, disability benefits, transportation, and preparing for life after high school. Feedback collected through the survey helps us identify what's working well and where improvements can be made to strengthen employment outcomes across Iowa's workforce.

Any Iowan with a disability can take the survey, including individuals who have not previously received services through IVRS. Parents and caregivers may also complete the survey on behalf of a child or dependent adult with a disability.

The survey closes on December 1, 2026. Thank you for helping us improve services and employment outcomes for Iowans with disabilities.
