DallasNow Email Notification Delay

The City of Dallas is currently experiencing a delay with email notifications generated by DallasNow(Accela). Customers may receive automated emails later than expected following updates or activity on their application.

This delay affects email notifications and does NOT necessarily indicate a delay in the processing of your application.

For the most current information regarding your application or permit status, please log in to the DallasNow online portal and review your record.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the notification delay.

Reminder to Protect Yourself from Phishing

To protect yourself:

  • Use the DallasNow portal. Payments are NOT requested outside of the DallasNow system.
  • Do not click on suspicious links or download unknown attachments. Put cursor on links to see the URL.
  • Verify the sender's email address. Emails from City of Dallas will normally come from @dallas.gov or @service.govdelivery.com.
  • Never share your passwords or personal details via email.
  • To access DallasNow, use the link provided on http://www.dallas.gov/dallasnow or visit directly at https://aca-prod.accela.com/DALLASTX/Default.aspx.
