Investing in the Future: Match-A-Million Campaign Reaches $1 Million Goal to Benefit FirstFutures

The Foundation of FirstHealth is thrilled to announce that it has completed its Match-A-Million campaign to raise funds for FirstFutures.

Match-A-Million Campaign Reaches Fundraising Goal

The goal of $1 million has been reached, and those donations will be doubled thanks to a matching gift from a generous donor family.

"We are overwhelmed with excitement and gratitude for how the community has responded to the Match-A-Million campaign," the family said. "This campaign is proof that we can all work together to transform the future of health care in our region."

FirstFutures Builds the Next Generation of Health Care Professionals

FirstFutures is a collaborative effort between FirstHealth and The Foundation to recruit and train the health care staff and providers of the future.

Launched in 2024, FirstFutures is reimagining how future health care providers explore educational opportunities as they grow, functioning as a career pipeline for students.

Education Funding Aligned With FirstHealth Careers

Through FirstFutures sponsorship application, students will be selected to receive funding for their education in nursing, allied health or any other trade or program at one of the local community colleges that matches with a FirstHealth employment opportunity.
