Greetings to the fifth Youth Environmental Forum-Festival The Arctic: The Ice Has Broken

The message reads, in part:

"This event has brought to Naryan-Mar, the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Area, young activists who strive to contribute to the balance between economic activities and conservation, and to offer tangible support to the state, local officials, businesses and research organisations in the sustainable and careful economic development of Arctic territories, and in eliminating the accumulated environmental damage.

You and other like-minded members of the Clean Arctic project have collected over 22,000 tonnes of waste, reaching the most remote regions of the Nenets Autonomous Area, the Kola Peninsula, Chukotka, Yamal, Pomorye, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Karelia. Thank you for your proactivity, personal involvement and responsible civic attitude.

I am confident that this forum-festival will broaden the horizons of your activities, help attract new supporters, and produce some future-oriented ideas that will be relevant and beneficial for our country."
