GLENDALE, CA. - U.S. Representative Laura Friedman (CA-30) hosted a passport fair at Glendale Central Library. Prior to the event, all 300 available appointment slots were booked, with the fair also welcoming walk-ins. While at the fair, Friedman spoke with constituents and families who were being assisted by her team of caseworkers, staff, and State Department employees.

"We all know that getting a passport or dealing with federal agencies can be stressful. Today, I wanted to make that process as smooth and simple as possible for my constituents," said Congresswoman Laura Friedman (CA-30). "Helping people navigate the federal government is one of the most important things I do; so when constituents come to my office with an issue, I will always make sure they receive the help they deserve."

Friedman has continuously stressed that high-quality constituent services is the cornerstone of any public office. To date, the office has solved more than 1,838 cases involving federal agencies and returned more than $7,933,338 to taxpayers. As a part of constituent services, her office offers assistance for constituents who are having issues with federal agencies like Social Security, IRS, Veterans Affairs, and more.
