U.S. Chamber Endorses Rep. Beth Van Duyne for Texas’ 24th Congressional District on National Free Enterprise Express Opportunity Tour

DALLAS, TX - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced its endorsement of Rep. Beth Van Duyne for Texas' 24th Congressional District in Dallas, Texas, today. The event was a stop on the Chamber's Free Enterprise Express Opportunity Tour, a national six-week bus tour promoting free enterprise.

Suzanne Clark, President & CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, announced the endorsement and presented Rep. Van Duyne with the Chamber's Advocate for American Business Award for her leadership in advancing free-market policies that promote affordability and expand opportunity for American families and businesses.

The U.S. Chamber endorses candidates for federal office who will support policies that drive innovation, grow the economy, and create opportunities for American businesses and workers.

"We're here today in North Dallas, Texas, on the Free Enterprise Express Opportunity Tour to endorse Congresswoman Van Duyne for reelection because she is a champion for free enterprise, workers, and businesses," said Suzanne Clark, President & CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. "She understands what a job means to a community and fights for small businesses in Congress. Beth has been a strong advocate for a deregulatory agenda and the kinds of policies we know help grow the American economy."

The national Free Enterprise Express Opportunity Tour is a six-week trip through 20 states and more than 50 events to make the case for free enterprise in communities across America and push back against growing support for government-directed economic policies that threaten economic freedom, opportunity, innovation, and growth.

The effort is part of a broader Chamber initiative, the New Fight for Free Enterprise, a multi-year effort to organize, mobilize, and make the case for free enterprise everywhere public opinion is shaped, public policy is made, and future generations learn what it takes for people and communities to thrive.
