IDR Issues Order Related to Tax Year 2026 Corporate Income Tax Rates
On October 21, 2025, the Director of the Iowa Department of Revenue, Mary Mosiman, signed Order 2025-02. The Department has provided guidance to explain this:

Iowa Corporate Income Tax for 2026
Order 2025-02 certifies Iowa corporate income tax rates for tax years beginning in 2026. The 2026 corporate income tax rates will remain the same as corporate income tax rates for tax years beginning in 2024 and 2025.
