06/23/2026 - Update: Capitol Way and 4th Ave Intersection

Signal at Capitol Way and 4th in Flash Mode

The traffic signal pole at Capitol Way and 4th Avenue has been restored following damage from a recent vehicle collision. The signal is currently operating in all-way flash mode. Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day Thursday, June 25th.

Drivers should use caution and treat the intersection as an all-way stop until normal signal operations are restored.
