The Clerk's Office of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Dallas and Fort Worth divisions, for the Northern District of Texas will be closed Wednesday, January 28, 2026, due to inclement weather.
Court hearings may proceed at the discretion of each judge. If you have questions regarding whether your hearing will be conducted in-person or remotely, please contact the judge's Courtroom Deputy.
The closing of the Clerk's office will not affect the court's electronic filing system, which will remain available during this time, https://ecf.txnb.uscourts.gov. For emergency filings, please refer to After-Hours Emergency Filing Procedures available on the web site at https://www.txnb.uscourts.gov.
