Larson Statement on the Ouster of Attorney General Pam Bondi

East Hartford, CT - Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement on President Trump's ouster of Attorney General Pam Bondi.

"Attorney General Pam Bondi turned the United States Department of Justice into Donald Trump's personal law firm," said Larson. "She used her position to slow-walk the release of the Epstein Files, pursue sham indictments and investigations of the President's political opponents, and coerce states to hand over their voter rolls to help Trump take over our elections. Make no mistake - she was not fired for her misdeeds, but in spite of them. While the President searches for the next loyalist to do his bidding, Attorney General Bondi will have to answer for her abuses of power in service of Donald Trump. She is not above the law - and there will come a day where she is held to account."
